HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?
You can contact us to request a return after receiving your order. The products must be unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and must reach us within 14 days. Once the return is approved, you will receive the necessary instructions.
HOW DOES THE CHANGE PROCESS WORK?
You must notify us of your exchange requests within a few days of receiving the product. Depending on stock availability, an exchange for a different size of the same product or a different product may be possible. If the product is eligible for exchange, you will be provided with the necessary instructions.
When will my refund be credited to my account?
Once your returned product reaches us and the necessary checks are completed, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method you used. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Since our orders are prepared in our own workshop, delivery time varies between 2-5 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
The product I want is out of stock. Will it be available again?
Some of our products are produced in limited quantities. Restocking may vary depending on the product. We recommend subscribing to our e-newsletter for updates.
WHERE CAN I BUY KHELA PRODUCTS?
You can purchase our products from our own website, as well as through Trendyol and Milagron in Türkiye.

Our shipments within Türkiye are handled by DHL eCommerce.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You will receive a notification message once your order has been shipped. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in this message, or you can call DHL customer service at 444 00 40 for more information.
