RETURN POLICY
khelathelabel.com values customer satisfaction and wants your ordered products to meet your expectations. Therefore, returns and exchanges are accepted under certain conditions.
1. Return and Exchange Conditions
You can return or exchange your order in whole or in part for any reason.
- Return and exchange period: Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Product condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Exchange: Exchanges are only possible with colors and sizes currently in stock. An item can only be exchanged once.
- Chain Top products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges.
To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, please contact our customer service team at hello@khelathelabel.com and share your order number and reason for return/exchange. Please return the product according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.
2. Return Process and Refund
When a customer requests a product return:
- The return process will be initiated once the product has been received by our warehouse team and has passed quality control.
- The return process is completed within 10 business days after the product arrives at the warehouse.
- Differences arising from exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded to the customer.
- All tags must be attached to the product for a return to be processed.
- For orders paid by credit card, the refund amount will be transferred to the original card used for payment.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on the bank.
3. Cases of Rejected Returns
Returns will not be accepted and the product will be returned to you in the following cases:
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.
- Products with security seals and labels removed.
- Products shipped without original packaging or with missing materials.
- Unauthorized returns and returns made without customer service approval.
- Return and exchange requests for Chain Top products.
- Return and exchange requests for discounted items.
