Khela processes orders from Turkey Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the same day or the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is confirmed, delivery time is usually within 2-5 business days , but this may vary depending on the delivery address and shipping volume.
Khela is beyond our control and cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during the delivery process .
The delivery time for our Chain Top products is 10-14 business days.

We carry out all our production in our own workshop in Istanbul. From design to pattern making, cutting to sewing and final quality control, we manage every stage under one roof; we meticulously prepare each Khela piece step by step. In this way, we closely monitor every detail of the production and move forward without compromising our understanding of quality.
Since we prepare our products in our workshop upon order, our shipping time can vary between 2-5 business days. Instead of mass production, we prefer conscious and controlled production; our priority is to carefully complete each piece and deliver it to you in its best condition.
